Magnetic Microscopy is a non-destructive and contact-less defect localization technique. It can isolate all static defects like short-circuits, resistive opens and current leakages. Thanks to SQUID and GMR sensors, this technique measures the magnetic field generated by currents flowing in the sample. At Intraspec, we can reconstruct the current path in three dimension by using innovative techniques.
